Take out the fresh hairy crabs from the refrigerator and soak them in tap water. The water should not exceed the eyes of the crabs

Cut a few slices of ginger and some shredded ginger for later use

Wash the hairy crabs with a toothbrush under running water

Put ginger slices and perilla leaves on each crab, put it in the steamer after it is steamed, and steam over high heat for about 15 minutes
