Braised noodles with mushroom sauce
Overview
It’s raining today and it’s very cold. Let’s use the leftover noodles from yesterday’s dumpling making to make noodles. I’ll make some braised mushrooms if there are any in the refrigerator.

Prepare the ingredients, cut onions and carrots into small pieces, and cut green onions into small sections.
