Grilled Pork Ribs with Homemade Marinade Sauce
Overview
The barbecued pork and roasted pork ribs in the barbecue restaurant are very stained and a bit scary red. Moreover, they are not directly grilled, but are steamed and then grilled, so they taste wet and not fragrant enough. Since we have an oven at home, we bake it ourselves and rarely buy ready-made food. The freshly grilled ribs are very fragrant, and the homemade sauce is also delicious. If it is grilled barbecued pork, don't throw away the marinated sauce, cook it and use it as a dipping sauce for the barbecued pork. Because the grilled meat is relatively dry, after slicing it, add some sauce to moisten it and make it easier to eat. You can omit the sauce by grilling the ribs. The meat on the bones is thin and basically full of flavor, and the sugar on the surface and the seasonings that penetrate into the meat are enough to satisfy the taste buds.

-
Wash the ribs, drain the water and set aside, and prepare various sauces.
-
Mix all the sauce ingredients and mix well. This is the marinade for the barbecued ribs.

Put the ribs into a plastic bag, then pour in the marinated meat ingredients and put it into the bag. Place in the refrigerator to marinate for 12 to 24 hours.

Take it out after 10 minutes, brush evenly with a layer of marinade, turn the meat over, and continue baking.
-
After 20 minutes, take it out, replace it with a piece of tin foil, brush the ribs evenly with maltose water, put it in and continue baking.
-
After 30 minutes, take it out again, brush with maltose water, flip the ribs, and bake for another 5 minutes before taking them out of the oven.
