Main ingredients: crab mushrooms, eggs, carrots

Cut off the old roots of the crab mushrooms and wash them, peel the carrots and cut into thin slices, mince the chives, and break the eggs into a bowl.

Blanch the chopped crab mushrooms and carrots in boiling water.

Drain the blanched carrots and crab mushrooms, put them into an egg bowl, and add chopped chives.

Break up and add appropriate amount of salt.

Heat oil in a pan, add in egg liquid and mix well
