Slice the potatoes and soak them in water

Slice onions, ginger, garlic, and cuttlefish balls

Put oil in the pot. When the oil is hot, add onion, ginger and garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Add cuttlefish balls and stir-fry.

Add the potato slices and continue to stir-fry, then add a little water and continue to stir-fry for a while.

Stir-fry for about 7 minutes, add chicken essence and it’s ready to serve!
