Wash the blood from the lamb chops and blanch them in boiling water for five minutes.

Cut the carrots into cubes and slice the ginger.

Blanch the lamb chops, rinse them, put the ginger, radish, and lamb chops into a casserole, bring to a boil over high heat, and simmer over low heat for one hour.

After the lamb chops are stewed, add salt and red dates and cook over high heat for twenty minutes. (We like to put it in the hot pot, it’s always hot)

If you don’t like carrots, you can also add white radish, which will make it sweeter.
