Prepare materials

Chicken wings cut into pieces

Put it in a pot and boil it to remove the blood

Cut potatoes and other ingredients and set aside

Wash the chicken wing roots, add cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce and salt and marinate for 10 minutes
