Cut the chicken wings in half with scissors, chop the garlic into minced garlic, and cut the green and red peppers into sections and set aside.
-
Add caster sugar.
-
Add table salt.

Add light soy sauce.

Add oyster sauce.
-
Add freshly ground black pepper.

Add minced garlic.

Then mix evenly, massage the chicken wings gently, and set aside to marinate for half an hour.
-
Heat a little oil in a non-stick pan, shake off the marinated chicken wings and fry them in the pan.
-
Fry until one side is browned, then flip and fry. Fry both sides.
-
Pour the sauce used to marinate the chicken wings into the pot (if the sauce is very small and thick, you can add a little water.)
-
Stir fry evenly.
-
Cover and simmer for two minutes.
-
Sprinkle green and red chili peppers over high heat to reduce the juice, stir-fry evenly and serve.
-
Take it out of the pan and make it a great meal. It's so fragrant and delicious that I don't even want to let go of the bones.
