Waffles
Overview
This waffle was made in the spirit of not wasting ingredients after I failed to make a rice cooker cake. Unexpectedly, the waffles made are very soft and delicious. If you have under-whipped or over-whipped cakes, you can use this method to eliminate the ingredients. Of course, you can also use this method to make waffles directly. The waffles you make will definitely amaze you. I like to make a few in the morning and serve them as breakfast for my children. My children especially like to eat them. I don’t know if the recipe is wrong. If you have different opinions, or if you have anything you don’t understand, you can communicate with me.

Steps
-
First, separate the egg whites and egg yolks into two water-free and oil-free basins.
-
Add 10 grams of sugar and two tablespoons of oil to the egg yolks, and beat with a whisk. Add the milk and beat together for about 1 minute.
-
Sift the cake flour.
-
Add the flour into the egg yolks in three batches, and mix the flour and egg yolks from the bottom up to form a paste. Don't stir in circles. Set aside after mixing.
-
Add a few drops of lemon to the egg whites, add the sugar into the egg whites three times, and beat until the egg whites are turned upside down and will not flow out.
-
Divide the egg whites into three parts and fold into the egg yolk paste and mix well. Remember not to mix in circles, but to mix from the bottom up, or in a straight line.
-
Set aside the mixed cake batter.
-
Heat the pot, brush with a thin layer of oil, and reduce the heat to low. (I use kitchen napkins to grease with oil, which saves trouble) My pot is relatively poor, so I need to apply a thin layer of oil. If the pot at home is a better non-stick pot, you can heat the pot and spread the egg paste directly.
-
Pour a spoonful of egg batter into the middle of the pot. The egg batter will automatically spread into a round shape.
-
After frying for a while, small bubbles will gradually form on the surface. Cut until small bubbles no longer appear and then turn over. Remember the heat, keep it low the whole time~
-
Flip and fry until the other side turns brown and it is ready to serve. I have two pans at home, so I use both pans at the same time every time. This is faster, the egg batter is not easy to defoam, and the waffles that come out will be softer and more delicious.
