While soaking the meat, prepare the ingredients, cut the green onion into sections and mince, shred the ginger, and boil hot water

Add short ribs to cold water and cook until almost half cooked. Take them out and rinse with hot water to remove the foam

Heat oil in a pan, add rock sugar, stir-fry the sugar color

It’s almost ready when the sugar bubbles up a lot. Just give it a little more than two seconds like the one in the picture and it’ll be ready

Add the short ribs and stir-fry

Add green onions and shredded ginger and continue to stir-fry

Add the stewed meat and stir-fry a little

Heat water and simmer slightly

Add vinegar and continue simmering

When the soup is almost dry, sprinkle some salt and add a little vinegar from the side of the pot, stir-fry until the juice is reduced
