Pork belly pizza
Overview
This is the first time I have made pizza with pork belly. It is unexpectedly delicious. The meat is hidden in the pizza. When you take a bite, the skin is fragrant and the meat is tender. It is fragrant but not greasy. It is rich in aroma and full of flavor.
