I like the soft and glutinous texture of hot noodles. When my mother is at my house, I will make some delicious ones and write them down.

Wash the young sesame leaves, boil them and squeeze out the water.

Add oil to the wok, add onion, garlic and fresh pepper and sauté until fragrant.

Add the chopped vegetable leaves, salt, and thirteen spices, mix well and set aside.

Stir the flour with chopsticks while adding boiling water and let cool.

Knead into dough.

Take a piece of dough, roll it into a ball and add the fried vegetable filling.

Wrapped into a crescent shape.

Put a little oil in the pan, place the cabbage corners and fry.

Once one side is done, flip it over.
