Chop the pork into small pieces and cut the leeks into small pieces. Stir the pork with salt and sweet potato starch evenly, then add the leeks and cooking oil and mix evenly with your hands.

Mix flour and yeast together, mix with warm water with chopsticks, and knead into large particles. Then knead the dough with your hands to form a smooth dough. Let it rise for three or four hours. The dough will double in size. Then deflate the dough and divide it into small balls. Knead the dough directly with your hands and add the fillings. After everything is wrapped, put it in the pot to rest for 10 minutes. Steam it in cold water for 20 minutes. After steaming, turn off the heat and wait three or four minutes before opening the lid.
