Braised Grilled Fish
Overview
While I was frying the fish, I was posting on my phone and forgot about the fish in the pan, which was almost burnt.

Cut off the tail and fins with scissors and rinse clean.

Cut the chili condiments and set aside.

Heat oil in a pan, add seasonings, salt and skinned fish.

Fry until both sides are browned (I forgot while playing with my phone and almost fried it)

Cook in vinegar and light soy sauce and add appropriate amount of water.

After it is cooked and flavorful, reduce the juice over high heat and sprinkle a pinch of sugar before serving.

Remove from pot and plate.
