Stir-fried shredded green radish
Overview
At the morning market, the green radish freshly plucked by the farmer was of unknown variety. It was crisp and sweet, and was a little different from the local green radish. (Our local green radish has a mild taste and is spicy when eaten raw). Grate it into shreds and fry it. The color is emerald green and the taste is salty and delicious. Oh, I really like it😍
