Ingredients
Steps
-
Beat the eggs and mix with the flour, knead into a dough, cover with a damp cloth or plastic wrap and let it rest for about 15 minutes.
-
Knead the dough evenly again and divide into two small doughs.
-
Roll the dough into a thin and uniform sheet, about 3-4 mm thick.
-
Divide the dough into evenly wide strips.
-
Cut each strip of dough into noodles of even thickness and sprinkle with dry flour to prevent sticking.
-
Heat the oil pan until it is 70% hot and fry the noodles in batches. When the noodles are placed in the oil pan, they will quickly expand and float. Fry until the noodles change color and can be easily broken.
-
Prepare cooked white sesame seeds and dried cranberries.
-
Add water to the pot, add white sugar and maltose, and cook the cake over low heat, stirring constantly.
-
Cook until the syrup becomes thick and can be pulled out with chopsticks.
-
Turn off the heat, quickly add the fried noodles, white sesame seeds, and dried cranberries into the syrup, and stir evenly.
-
Pour the evenly mixed noodles into a square baking pan that has been greased with oil.
-
Use to flatten and compact, let cool completely and then cut into pieces for consumption.
