Mix whole eggs with caster sugar with a whisk.

Add corn oil and stir evenly.

Add milk and plain yogurt respectively and mix well.

Sift in the flour, baking powder and baking soda mixture.

Use a spatula to gently stir into the batter in irregular directions. (When mixing the muffin batter, you only need to mix the dry and wet ingredients, and the batter still has small particles)

Add dried cranberries.

Mix well, cover with a fresh-keeping lid and let sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes. The batter will become smooth and fine.

Use a spoon to scoop the batter into the paper mold about 70% full.

Preheat the oven and bake at 180 degrees for about 25-30 minutes.
