Milky croissant
Overview
I want to make croissants, but after baking them, they look a bit like the moon. The horns are a bit too short, so let’s just call them croissants. Haha.

Put the egg liquid, milk, flour and yeast in the main ingredients into the bread barrel

Stir for a few minutes to form a dough and proceed with fermentation

Tear the risen dough into pieces, add salt, sugar and butter and mix for 30 minutes

Take it out and divide it into several portions, let it rest for 15 minutes

Roll into a drop shape

Roll out from the big end downward

Pinch both ends tightly and roll up

Rub it into a longer shape and shape it into horns

Place in baking pan and ferment

Brush the risen bread dough with egg wash

Preheat the oven and bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes
