Blanch the fresh chicken wings and set aside.

Cook and draw knife patterns. Wash fresh lemons with light salt water to remove the skin. Cut in half. Take core

Add Orleans marinated chicken powder to the chicken wings, squeeze in the juice of half a lemon and mix well. Marinate for two hours.

Put oil in the pot. 50% oil temperature. Add chicken wings and fry until set.

Shake the pan gently to heat evenly.

Flip and continue frying over medium heat.

The fried skin is golden and crispy.

Drizzle with some more lemon juice.

Turn on high heat and explode again for 20 seconds.

Slice the remaining half of a lemon and place it under a chicken wing. This way, the lemon flavor will be more intense.
