Put flour, salt, yeast, milk, milk powder, sugar, and whole egg liquid into a large bowl.

Knead into a uniform and smooth dough.

Add butter.

Continue kneading until the dough can be stretched into a thin layer.

Place the dough in a warm place until doubled in size.

Knead the dough, release the air, and continue to ferment for about 15 minutes.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, place the dough on it, roll it into a rectangular shape, and continue to ferment for 30 minutes.

Use a fork to poke holes in the surface of the dough.

Prepare ham and wash green onions.

Chop green onions and ham into small cubes.

Brush a layer of egg wash (excessive amount) on the surface of the dough, and sprinkle with chopped green onion, diced ham, and white sesame seeds.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for 12 minutes.
