Fried pork chop

Fried pork chop

Overview

Recently, I am obsessed with the Korean variety show "Baek Jong-won's Three Kings". In one episode, the host Baek Jong-won went to various regions to taste fried pork chops. I was so greedy in front of the screen at that time. The mouth water... So, I made a big pork chop myself this time. I personally don't like fried food. It not only consumes oil, but also requires troublesome post-processing. So I changed the frying to grilling. The crispy outer skin is paired with the tender meat inside and a little tomato sauce. It's super delicious!
