  1. Salt cube ham and quarter, if not available you can also use ham sausage

  4. Let the fermented dough rest for about ten minutes

  5. Take half of the dough and use a rolling pin to roll it into a rectangular shape, but not too narrow

  6. Brush with a thin layer of oil, here I use corn oil

  7. Sprinkle the sliced ham and chives evenly on top

  8. Roll the dough inwards

  10. Use a knife to cut evenly, it must be an even number, because two of them need to be stacked together

  12. Just press it to this level as shown in the picture. Be sure to remember not to steam it in a hurry after pressing it. Wait for about ten minutes to wake up.
