Toon mixed with peanuts

Overview

Toon is delicious whether mixed, stir-fried or fried. Chinese toon mixed with peanuts is a great dish to go with wine.

A small handful of Chinese toon, washed and set aside
Add appropriate amount of salt to the boiling water to drain the toon
Drain into cold water and rinse twice
Chop Chinese toon, garlic and millet and set aside
Peanuts are fried and fragrant. Slowly fry the peanuts in cold oil over low heat until there is a popping sound and the skin is golden brown
Let the peanuts cool and mix with Chinese toon, millet, spicy garlic, add appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce, chicken essence, and a little remaining oil from fried peanuts, mix well
