Simmer the two elbows in a pressure cooker for 30 minutes and take them out!

Take a small bowl, add a little sugar and light soy sauce.

Soak the salted fish for an hour in advance and place it in the bottom of the bowl.

Add elbows.

Pour over the elbows.

Put the salted fish on top of the elbow.

Put it in a steamer and steam over high heat for 45 minutes!

Invert and remove, perfect dinner! If you have salted fish, don’t add salt.
