Take a bowl of water, put it into a small pot, add minced meat, chopped ginger and chopped green onion, bring to a boil.

Use a spoon to press the meat filling evenly and cook the meat filling slowly over low heat.

Cook until the water is gone, then continue to fry over low heat.

Fry until the meat filling slowly turns brown and oozes fat.

Add the spicy ginger paste and stir.

Add tempeh and mix well.

Fry slowly over low heat until the meat filling and sauce are fully combined.

Add chopped coriander and bring to a boil again and mix well.

Add salt to taste.
