Add scallions, ginger and salt to the pork and cook until cooked. Remove and let cool, then soak in the original soup used to cook the meat for 20 minutes.

Slices of cooked pork.

Arrange the sliced pork on a plate and garnish with sliced cucumbers on the side.

Put minced garlic, soy sauce, salt, monosodium glutamate, sugar, and chili oil in a bowl and mix thoroughly to form a sauce.
