First add sugar to 40g of milk and stir until the sugar melts.

Pour the light cream into the remaining milk and mix well.

Pour the egg yolks into the light cream milk and mix well.

Mix evenly with the milk and sugar solution.

Place the tart crust into the baking pan. Pour the prepared egg tart water into the egg tart shell until it is 70% full

Add a few dried cranberries to each tart.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake on the middle rack for 25 minutes.
