Pick and wash the green beans.

Chop the minced meat.

Olive vegetables.

Heat oil in a pot, add minced meat and stir-fry until it changes colour, add cooking wine and soy sauce, stir-fry evenly and set aside.

Leave the base oil in and stir-fry the green beans until crinkled. Add garlic and stir-fry. Add a little salt and simmer in water for 2 minutes.

Add the olives and stir-fry evenly.

Finally add minced meat, a little sugar and stir-fry evenly.
