Clean the scallops, soak them in cooking wine for 20 minutes, and place them on the baking sheet

Steam the potatoes and mash them, add salad dressing, pepper and salt and mix well

Cover the scallop meat with mashed potatoes to prevent water loss. Place an appropriate amount of cheese on top of the mashed potatoes. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees for 10 minutes. Bake in the oven at 230 degrees for 35 minutes until the cheese is browned on the surface. You can enjoy it out of the box! (My phone ran out of battery in the middle, so I didn’t take a picture of the finished product before it was put into the oven)
