Passion fruit pound cake
Overview
Passion fruit is also called egg fruit, and its scientific name is passion fruit. It is named after its pulp that can exude the rich fragrance of more than a dozen fruits such as banana, pineapple, strawberry, lychee, lemon, mango, and sour berry. In foreign countries, passion fruit is also known as the king of juice and money tree. It smells really fragrant, but tastes sour in your mouth. It tastes great when made into pound cake. I used a small pound cake mold and made just two.
