Soak the roses in boiling water for 10 minutes.

Blanch the ribs in boiling water to remove any blood foam.

Cut onion and ginger into large pieces.

Add oil to the pot, add onion and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add the pork ribs and fry until golden brown.

Pour in the cooking wine.

Add rock sugar and star anise and stir-fry.

Pour in the brewed rose tea, turn to high heat, and then turn to medium-low heat after boiling.

Simmer for 25 minutes until the juice is reduced.
