Wonton Wrap Salad Cup
Overview
Various ways to eat wonton wrappers ~ This is a super simple baked snack. Grilled and crispy, it's really delicious when garnished with vegetable salad. I’m not going to lie to you (foolishly) novice bakers have no pressure at all, and it’s also low-fat and oil-free (basically no oil, just a small amount of oil used to brush the mold.)

Steps
-
Brush the inner wall of the six-piece cake mold with oil.
-
Take two wonton wrappers and brush a layer of salt water on the surface.
-
Then fold the wonton wrappers crosswise as shown. The side with water is inside.
-
Place into the oiled mold.
-
Use a fork to make small bites in the middle of the wonton wrappers. Prevent the bottom of the wonton wrappers from swelling while baking.
-
Place in the middle rack of the preheated oven and bake at 200 degrees for ten minutes. I like it to be a bit browner and crispier. But don't burn it too much, otherwise it will be bitter. Take out the baked wonton wrappers and let cool.
-
Then mix some vegetables or fruit salad and put it into the wonton cup. A delicious little snack is ready to eat (seriously, this one is really crispy and delicious).

It's quick to make and delicious, so novices have no pressure.
