Steps

  1. Cut potatoes and ham into chunks, cut celery into sections, and prepare onion, ginger and garlic slices.

  2. Heat oil in a pot, add onion, ginger and garlic and saute until fragrant. Add a spoonful of bean paste and a spoonful of chili sauce and saute until fragrant. Add potatoes, celery and ham and stir-fry until cooked through.

  3. Add hot water to cover the ingredients, bring to a boil, add hand-rolled noodles, reduce heat and simmer for ten minutes.

  4. Remove from pan and plate.
