Chop chili pepper
Overview
Chopped peppers are the favorite of Hunan people. When I was young, my mother would make several jars every year. I often helped my mother pick the pepper stalks. A spoonful of pickled chopped chili can eat several bowls of rice. Now that I have grown up, I often go out. After I finished eating the chopped chili I brought from home last time, I thought about making it myself. This time I did a good job and I will share it with everyone

-
Wash the peppers, remove the stems, garlic and ginger and drain the water. Be sure to drain them before cutting them, otherwise the quality of the chopped peppers will be poor
-
Chop chili, garlic, and ginger

Add salt and mix well. I added ten spoons of salt. If it is too light, it will not be as good
-
Prepare an empty bottle, wash and drain

Just mix the peppers evenly and put them in, then seal them at room temperature for about 10 days and then start eating. Isn’t it very simple, come and do it!
