Overview

Cut the lean meat into shreds, add starch and mix well.

Remove the old roots from the garlic moss and cut it into sections of about 3 cm by hand.

Slice ginger and cut dried chilies into small pieces.

Heat the pan with cold oil, add shredded pork until cooked, remove and set aside.
