Mango Oatmeal Pudding

Reserve raw materials.

Soak gelatine sheets in cold water until soft.

Take an appropriate amount of oatmeal.

Heat the oatmeal in the microwave or oven until cooked.

Remove the flesh from the mango.

Pour into a food processor and puree.

Heat the whipped cream, milk, and sugar until the sugar melts, then add the soaked gelatin sheets and stir until melted.

Add mango puree to the cooled milk.

Pour in the cooked oats.

Stir thoroughly.

Pour separately into small containers.

Refrigerate until solid, then garnish with diced mango, blueberries and mint before serving.
