Steps
-
Prepare ingredients and melt butter.
-
Sift the flour.
-
Mix egg yolks and egg whites together and beat well.
-
Add the sugar and egg liquid (only 2 tablespoons) to the melted butter, stir evenly without beating, then add the cranberries. (If you like the milky flavor, you can keep the original flavor without adding cranberries)
-
Add low-gluten flour and mix into a dough.
-
Cut it out into a rectangular shape, wrap it in a plastic bag and put it in the refrigerator. The thickness should be consistent so that the color will be even when baked
-
Refrigerate for at least half an hour, then remove and cut into pieces.
-
Put it into the baking pan and turn the lamp up and down at 150℃ for fifteen minutes. When it is almost baked, you should watch the color from the side. (My oven is relatively small and the temperature is just right. I adjusted it to about 130°C with about five minutes left, and I made some original ones)

The aroma of milk hits your nostrils.
