Stir-fried pork slices with dried sword beans
Overview
There is a kind of very wide and long beans sold in the vegetable market. It is not produced here. I only know that people call it sword bean. I think the name is very vivid, and it does look like a knife. But I've never bought one. Last time someone gave my dad a bag of dried beans, so I soaked the dried beans and fried pork slices.

Soak in hot water for ten minutes and let it soak
