Beauty and fat reduction fresh cloud ear pear soup
Overview
Fresh cloud ears look like flowers and have a faint floral-like fragrance. Good cloud fungus gels quickly and thickly, and tastes glutinous and smooth without making people feel greasy at all. It’s great! Fresh cloud fungus is also very easy to store. Pack it in fresh-keeping bags according to the amount needed each time, and store it in the refrigerator. Take it out and soak it in cold water for 10 minutes before eating to restore it to its original shape.

Steps
-
A few days ago, I received a box of 6 fresh cloud ears that were picked and sprouted. They were very fresh. I collected 5 of them and kept them in the refrigerator.
-
Take a box out of the refrigerator and remove the packaging.
-
Soak the white fungus face down in cold water so that the water does not cover the black part at the bottom of the white fungus.
-
After 10 minutes, cut off the black part of the roots, then change the water and soak and wash it twice.
-
Take 1/4 cloud ear, tear it into small pieces, add 2 bowls of water, set the dessert setting in an electric stew pot and simmer it over water.
-
Get up in the morning, pour the stewed cloud fungus into a casserole, and add an appropriate amount of rock sugar
-
Add the flesh of a pear, peeled, cored and cut into small pieces. Snow pear, Dangshan pear, Qiuyue pear can be used. I happened to have Qiuyue pear at home, so I used Qiuyue pear.
-
Bring to a boil, then reduce to medium to low heat and simmer for 10 minutes
-
Just sprinkle in the washed red wolfberry before serving
-
Garnish with a red date in the middle of the plate and you're done!
-
Another portion is placed diagonally on a spoon, does it feel like an arrow of love? Haha
-
The stewed Qiuyue pear is crystal clear
-
The cloud ears are smooth and chewy! The cultivation of little fairies all depends on it!
-
Added with homemade honey osmanthus, the aroma is charming!
-
You can also sprinkle some black currants, raisins, etc. You can eat whatever you want!
