Tiger skin green pepper
Overview
My mother-in-law planted five small pepper plants, and the yield was amazing. I could pick a large basket every few days. Such fresh and tender peppers are appetizing just looking at them!

Remove seeds from peppers, wash and cut into sections, mince garlic and onions.

Heat the pan with cold oil, add the pepper and fry over low heat.

Turn over frequently, being careful not to burn it, and press with a spatula to soften the pepper until the skin becomes wrinkled.

Move the pepper to one side, add onions, garlic, and black beans and sauté until fragrant.

Add a little boiling water, add oyster sauce and salt, and simmer for two minutes.

Remove from the pot, put on a plate, sprinkle a little minced garlic, and the finished product is finished.
