Steps
-
Soak Hericium erinaceus in warm water
-
Rinse the front and back of the pork belly with clean water, then pour a little vinegar, add flour and knead it. It can be washed very clean
-
Boil the washed pork belly with water for about 5 minutes to remove the fishy smell and grease. If you have a pressure cooker at home, press it for about 10 minutes to shorten the soup cooking time.
-
Squeeze out the water from Hericium and tear it into small pieces, cut the pork belly into strips, put it into the rice cooker, add lotus seeds, red dates and rock sugar
-
In the rice cooker, add water to cover the ingredients, add soy sauce and rice wine, and stir evenly. Since I didn’t have rice wine, I used cooking wine instead.
-
Press the soup-making button and you can sit back and wait. It would be better if you have a special casserole or soup pot for stewing at home! Anyway, I only have one smart rice cooker, and the rice cooks just as delicious!

After cooking, take out a separate bowl and add salt to taste. No need to add anything. A bowl of sweet stomach-nourishing soup is ready
