Ingredients
Steps
-
Knead all ingredients except butter into a smooth dough.
-
Add butter and knead until it reaches the expansion stage where a thin film can be pulled out for fermentation.
-
After fermentation to 2.5 times the size of the dough, deflate the dough, divide it into 4 parts, roll into balls, and ferment for 15 minutes.
-
Roll the divided dough into a rectangular sheet, leaving 1/3 blank, and evenly put the meat floss on it. It can also be replaced with other fillings, such as bean paste filling in the original recipe.
-
Roll up the meat floss along one side, and cut the unrolled side into small strips with a knife. The strips I made the first time were too narrow, so I wanted to make them wider.
-
Roll the small strips on the long dough, make 4 portions in turn, and line the baking sheet with tin foil for the highest fermentation.
-
Brush the surface of the fermented dough with a layer of egg wash. Place in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes, until the surface is golden brown.
