Stir-fried scallop meat
Overview
Scallops are delicious and nutritious. They are as famous as sea cucumbers and abalone and are listed as the three treasures of seafood. Eating scallops regularly can help prevent heart disease, stroke and Alzheimer's disease, but those who lose weight should eat them in moderation.

Cut the green onions into sections and shred the ginger and set aside.

Scallop meat after scalding.

Cut the fungus into chunks.

Cut the green pepper into shreds and set aside. (Because I only had red and green peppers at home, I used red and green peppers.)

Put an appropriate amount of cooking oil in the oil pan, then heat the oil and add the peppercorns and then the shredded ginger.

Put the scallop meat you just prepared into the pot, add pepper, and then add bean paste.

Pour the black fungus and red pepper shreds into the pot.

Finally, pour the chopped green onions into the pot and fry them together with the scallop meat. Add salt and oil.
