Material. 35 grams of bird's nest, 1 avocado. Appropriate amount of rock sugar and a little mint leaves.

Scoop out the pulp of the avocado and use the shell as a container.

Crush the pulp with a spoon. Do not use a blender. It will crush the pulp too much and affect the taste.
