Peel the potatoes, wash and grate them

Use a knife to carefully break the tofu into small pieces

Onion, ginger and garlic

Stir-fry in oil until fragrant

Add onion, ginger and garlic and slowly stir-fry until fragrant

Pour in the shredded potatoes and stir-fry for a few times

Add appropriate amount of soy sauce and pepper powder and pour in appropriate amount of water

Finally, add the beaten tofu cubes, add salt and bring to a boil. For a nice color, sprinkle in chopped green onion
