I received the Hormel Classic Flavor Ham to try out, and today I’m going to make a healthy and delicious dish with rich ingredients, attractive colors, and a combination of meat and vegetables.

Prepare materials.

Break the broccoli into small florets with your hands and wash them. Add an appropriate amount of oil and salt to a pot of boiling water, blanch the broccoli, remove and drain.

Arrange the blanched broccoli on a plate.

Dice the ham.

Soak the peanuts in hot water and peel off their coat, fry them in an oil pan over low heat until golden brown and take them out.

Add remaining oil to the pan, add diced potatoes and fry until golden brown, take out.

Add remaining oil to the pot, add carrots and stir-fry for a few times.

Add diced ham.

Add green pepper to diced ham and carrots and stir-fry for a few times.

Add appropriate amount of refined salt.

Pour in light soy sauce.

Add appropriate amount of sugar and stir-fry evenly.

Turn off the heat, add peanuts and stir-fry evenly.
