  2. Cut the garlic into 0.3cm thick, cut the shallots into 0.5cm thick, and cut the beef into 3cm pieces.

  3. Marinate meat: 1/2 tsp salt, 1/5 tsp pepper, 1 tbsp sake, 1 tbsp olive oil. Stir all sauce ingredients evenly.
