Chilled okra
Overview
Okra, also known as lady's finger, is low in fat and high in protein, and is rich in vitamins and minerals. It can enhance physical endurance, resist fatigue and strengthen kidneys. The flesh of okra is soft and sweet, with a unique aroma that highlights the crisp, juicy and round texture. Blanch the okra and eat it ice-cold. It not only maintains the original taste but also cools down the heat. It is a dish you can eat more in summer ~ PS: It is recommended to dip it in a little light soy sauce and mustard for a better taste.
