Overview
Farmers pick wild fresh mushrooms from Tianshan Mountain in April. I don’t know the scientific name. Our family will pick and eat a kind of mushroom every day in this season. It has a very fresh taste. It can be roasted and made into soup. My favorite is stir-frying. Then it is served with a few green onions in the vegetable garden. It tastes delicious.
