Dried mugwort, peanut and sesame balls
Overview
It’s my first time writing a recipe and I’m not familiar with it, so the dosage in the recipe may be different. Suddenly I wanted to eat mugwort green dumplings, but I couldn't buy fresh mugwort. I thought I had dried mugwort before, so I made mugwort peanut and sesame dumplings. After doing this, I discovered that dried mugwort can also be used!

Ingredients
Steps
-
First fry the peanuts until crispy.
-
Stir the peanuts and sesame seeds together and add sugar. It would be better to add some cooking oil or lard, but I didn't.
-
Then process the dried mugwort, which is actually similar to the method of processing fresh mugwort, and then grind it into pieces.
-
Mix glutinous rice flour, sugar and mugwort together into a dough. Put the stuffing into the dough and close it. Put it in a pot to steam, and it will be ready in about 15 minutes.
